Technical Manager at the Property Office

Stockholm – our capital city with millions of dreams, expectations, and ambitions. We work for everyone living here today and in the future. We are now looking for someone who wants to think big, new, and differently with us – for the people of Stockholm.

The Property Office manages and develops a unique property portfolio that is important for the residents, businesses, and visitors of Stockholm. The property portfolio consists of everything from well-known Stockholm buildings to public spaces for culture and sports, office buildings, fire stations, food markets, castles, farms, and cottages. We also manage nature and outdoor areas outside the city limits. Our office is located in the Technical Committee House at Fleminggatan 4, about a 5-minute walk from the Central Station.

Welcome to us

Do you have broad expertise in property technology and a genuine interest in technology? We are now looking for a technical manager who wants to work on varied and exciting assignments – from simpler properties to complex buildings – for the benefit of Stockholmers.

In this role, you will work long-term from a holistic perspective with a focus on technical upgrades, robust solutions, and sustainable development.

We offer you

With us, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Stockholm and be part of an exciting and eventful operation. Many of our properties belong to the city's most famous buildings, such as the City Hall, the Culture House, Liljevalchs, Stockholm Stadium, Åkeshov's swimming and sports hall, Zinkensdamms IP, Östermalmshallen, and the Stockholm City Library.

You will be part of an engaged team of 16 experienced technical managers and work closely with property managers, operations staff, and technical specialists. We are a humble and committed group that values a good atmosphere. If you become our new colleague, we also offer benefits such as lunch allowance, wellness benefits, flexible working hours, and the opportunity to exchange vacation day allowances for extra time off. With us, you have great freedom to plan your work.
